4Phone powers Laptop

You can display the content of your phone to your laptop thanks to DeX dock, but gaming brand Razer uses its Razer Phone as the processing engine and trackpad at the same time, and the laptop won’t turn on without it. This is named as the Razer Project Linda.
There were some previous attempts similar to this one, that date back to 2011 when Asus used a phone to power a tablet. This technology never caught on, but it would be cool to employ it as a docked smartphone for more than just a processor. Could Samsung apply this tech to the upcoming Galaxy S9 and Galaxy Note 9?
