One of the biggest wins of Week 3 was Washington’s comeback triumph in New York. Down 21:9 to Giants, they battled back and saved their season with a crucial 29:27 win over the divisional nemesis. Now, they need to ride the momentum that they have and take care of these falling Browns.
Cleveland had a golden opportunity to win the game in Miami but their kicker cost them the game. He just couldn’t close the deal for Browns and now their season is pretty much dead and over. Third-stringer at Quarterback just won’t cut it for this team. Terrelle Pryor Sr. can do but so much to help this team win. Crowell will be decent back for this team, but it just won’t be enough.
It just feels like this Browns team doesn’t have enough quality players to be successful this season. When Coleman, Gordon, and Pryor show up together on the field, that’s when things will get interesting. But right now, Cleveland is dreadful.
Washington showed what they are made of on Sunday in New York. Really big-time performance by Kirk Cousins who, at the end of the day, outplayed Eli Manning. Receivers were getting open, Cousins was always able to make the right play and didn’t turn the ball over. A very impressive comeback win for Washington. This week they’ll get the chance to get to .500 with a win over Browns.
Washington our pick to win this game. Browns will make some plays but it just won’t be enough in this game. Kirk Cousins and this Redskins offense should have a good day in Cleveland, they will put some points on the board and Browns won’t be able to match that. Redskins win this game 28.14.
