Both of these teams were picked as the favorites to win the NFC and get to the Super Bowl before this season started. After twelve rounds one of these squads is still in a good position to make a run at the NFL’s ultimate prize while the other, well, they are all but done. Both of these squads lost on Sunday. Seattle’s loss means nothing to them as they will win the division, they will be the second seed in the NFC.
On the other hand, Panthers loss will cost them their season. They couldn’t afford to drop that game to the Raiders on Sunday. Carolina was in a great position to finish victorious, and yet, they allowed a comeback to a hurt quarterback and a team that has given up 24 points in a row. That is going to be it for the 2016 Carolina Panthers.
Seahawks are in a comfortable position. Grant it, they can’t allow losses like the one to Tampa to happen way too often. Seattle is still a great team that is a legit threat to the Cowboys in the NFL. This squad just needs to string a couple of good performances going into the postseason.
The defense is there and Cam Newton is going to have a lot of problems on Sunday. This is a Sunday Night Football game in Seattle, and you just know that crowd will be wild and it’s going to be a rough ride for the Panthers.
Seattle is going to get the job done in this game. Panthers are not on their level as of right now and they have no business winning this one after dropping the game to Oakland last week. Seahawks will end up victorious with 30:17 final score.
Russell Wilson will have a great game, and we also expect that Jimmy Graham will be the one to torture the Panthers all night long.
