There is a bad time and the worst possible time for an injury. Krumrie lived to get the injury at the worst possible moment, and it was during the Super Bowl. Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle Tim Krumrie tried to take down San Francisco 49ers running back and in the process somehow ended up with a pretty bad leg break. This cost the Bengals the 1988 Super Bowl, but luckily Krumrie managed to bounce back and return to the field where he ended his career.
