Nobody has been built up as much as Braun Strowman has been on the main roster over the past two years. WWE has failed to make a lot of huge stars, but Strowman has been an exception. When you think about it, he is the only guy that became the main eventer just by being pushed on Raw. When you book somebody properly, that is what happens.
Strowman has recently talked about Vince McMahon and what he found to be true since working with the company. In his interview, the Monster Among Men has talked about the Chairman liking stars who look larger than life. Those big stars have always had the advantage above others as they have that “wow effect.” Strowman also noticed that to be true in real life as whenever he walks into a room, he becomes the focal point of it.
Everyone stops to check out his size. It is definitely not something that you see every day. Even though he knows that having the look that he has, it is not all about that. There were a lot of big guys that went nowhere in the WWE. It is an advantage for sure, but you still need to put in the work and improve each and every day. That’s something Braun is working on.
He also explained that Vince helped him a lot with his ideas and that most of the main decisions on his booking come from The Boss himself.
“We have an unbelievable stunt and special effects crew. Everyone has their input. At the end of the day, a lot of is Vince, he is very hands-on with me and has taken me on as his project. He has some crazy ideas and I’ve never once questioned anything that Vince has wanted me to do because I know he wouldn’t ask me to do something he wouldn’t do himself.”
