BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) Leap, the affordable, all touch smartphone, is expected to be available in UK on April 29th. Pre-orders for the 4G LTE smartphones are live now in the UK, offering the prospective buyers an option of registering at few locations. BlackBerry teased Leap during the Mobile World Congress earlier this year.
BlackBerry eying business customers
The device runs on the latest version of the OS i.e. 10.3.1, and has a 5-inch HD touch screen. The device is packed with a RAM of 2GB and runs on a powerful 1.5GHz Snapdragon S4 Plus dual-core processor. Leap has 2MP front facing camera and a rear camera of 8MP. Also, it has inbuilt storage capacity of 16GB and a powerful battery of 2800mAh.
Business customers and the entrepreneurs are at the target of the company for this device, which can help them gain productivity owing to speed and other features. The device will reportedly be available beginning April 29th in the UK, and the retailers such as Clove and Expansys are already offering attractive deals to the buyers. Clove and Expansys have tagged the smartphone at around £215 ($320), while Unlock Mobiles is offering the device for £205, says a report from IB Times.
BlackBerry Leap device will also be stocked by Vodafone UK, but would be limited only to the business users. Also, EE is one more network providers that will offer the smartphone for sale. The pricing and launch date of the device are still unknown as none of the two carriers have revealed anything as yet. For now, BlackBerry Leap will come in only gray shade.

Classic now officially in Indonesia
Meanwhile, BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) is continuing with the launch of Classic in other potential markets. The device is now officially available in Indonesia. BlackBerry Classic has full QWERTY keyboard and a touch screen display. The device has been priced in Indonesia at IDR 55, 99,000 or $431, which is lower than the Indian price of the device i.e. $517. Each row of the keyboard is separated with metal riffs that look like fret-board.
