BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB)’s latest released device i.e. Classic made its entry in the month of December, and has been named aptly as pure BlackBerry. The device is now getting a gold treatment by the Vietnamese luxury brand Karalux. The company has offered to introduce a 24K gold-plated edition of the device. The device will be targeted at the business professionals, who want a device with some sparkle.
Customization option available
The new BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) device has an outer frame made of stainless steel, and this will be coated with a precious metal along with the Keyboard row separators. The device will have a gold plate below the keyboard, but the back still remains in formal black. The users can also have their plate customized, and get a text or logo engraved on it. After the user decides to get the gold plating done it will take 4 man-hours of work for the plating to complete, and will cost 7,000,000 Vietnamese Dong ($350).
Previously, also, we have seen the 24-karat gold version of the Classic owned by Canadian rapper and BlackBerry Ltd (NASDAQ:BBRY) (TSE:BB) supporter Drake.
BlackBerry Passport in Gold
Recently, a Gold version of the Passport device was also made available for the ones who were not very much happy with the earlier colors offered by the company. The ambitious Passport device from BlackBerry is offered in Black, Red and White colors
Goldgenie released the 24K gold plated version of the BlackBerry Passport device at the price tag of £1,247.50 before taxes. The device with gold plating will have the same specifications as the original Passport device. Besides that it also comes with a new innovative keyboard that is touch sensitive, and comes with intuitive features.

Apart from the Gold, BlackBerry Passport is available in two more shiny versions Platinum and Rose gold. Platinum version is priced at £1,330.83 while the latter at £1289.1.
