There is no doubt that The Usos have been the best tag team in the WWE since they made a turn to the heel side. They have been fantastic over the past couple of months with their heel characters, promos, and the in-ring work. Right now, they have gone through every challenge that Smackdown Live can offer them. So, what does that mean for the division going into the Wrestlemania season?
They have just beaten the team of Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin. During the Starcade live event next week, The Usos is going to be challenged by The New Day, Chad Gable and Shelton Benjamin, and Kevin Owens and Sami Zayn.
Since Zayn and Owens are likely going to get in some trouble for their actions at the Survivor Series, it is going to be hard to believe that they are going to be put in TV storyline with the tag teams.
WWE is likely going to book them as being suspended or something like that. On the other hand, since we have seen every single match that The Usos and The New Day can offer us, there is a strong possibility that the next blue branded pay per view is going to give us a triple-threat clash in the tag team division for the titles.
Right now, there are really no other legit crews that are going to challenge The Usos, so it is reasonable to think that the Triple Threat match is going to happen.
The WWE will somehow have to make this division legit until the end of the Wrestlemania season and until they get some teams from NXT to come over to the main roster. That means maybe even creating new squads on the blue brand, who knows.
