At this points of the NFL season, there are some teams that have just failed to meet the expectations. These teams are now in a hurry to save their season, and they need to get to work quickly. One of those team are the Arizona Cardinals who are 1-3, and every game is a must-win situation.
San Francisco 49ers have lost to the Cowboys on Sunday. They had a great first half, but Prescott led his team back and won the match. Blaine Gabbert just had no answer for Cowboys’ game-winning drives in the second half. One of the problems that San Francisco has is the fact that Navorro Bowman is injured and likely done for the season.
And they are playing their 2nd best quarterback while their best, Colin Kaepernick, is sitting on the bench. Will he start on Thursday? Probably not.
Arizona has just been horrible to start the season; their only win was against Bucs in Week 2. Lost to shorthanded Patriots, Bills, and Rams. That’s just unacceptable for a team that wants to play in January. That’s not all as they want to win when they get there. Considering how the things are looking as of right now, they might not even make the Playoffs.
Playing on a short week is always going to be tough, but 49ers have played just as bad as Cardinals did in the past couple of weeks. Arizona should be able to win this one and get back to the right path that will lead them to playoffs. We are picking the Cardinals to win this game 28:17.
