However, the deals are apparently less generous compared to what third-party retailers are offering. The company is offering gift cards on certain product purchases. Apple’s gifts for the Black Friday appear to fit the desire of shoppers seeking to get presents for friends and loved ones.
Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) is offering gift cards for purchases of items such as iPhones, Mac computers, and Beats headphones. These products attract iTunes gift cards. While the gift cards cannot be used for purchases in Apple Store, they can be used for the purchase of apps, iTunes, and iBooks. The iTunes gift cards make a whole lot of sense for iPhone and iPad users that want to fill their devices with tunes and apps of their desire.
Based on the product purchased, Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL)’s Black Friday gift cards bear values that range from $25 to $100. For the purchases of iPhone 6, iPhone 6 Plus, iPhone 5S, and iPhone 5C, shoppers will earn gift cards valued at $50 for each purchase. The gift remains the same with the purchases of any iPad device.
The company awards $100 gift cards on the purchase of any Mac device in the Black Friday. For the purchases of other devices such as Beats headphones, Apple TV, and iPods, the company awards $25 gift cards. In some instances, the company limits the gift cards per household.
Third-party retailers are also offering great Black Friday discounts on Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) devices. Some of the discounts are more generous that what the company is offering directly. Wal-Mart Stores, Inc. (NYSE:WMT) is one of the retailers with attractive Apple deals for Black Friday.
Some analysts have predicted that Apple Inc. (NASDAQ:AAPL) will record 82% QoQ uptick in 4Q sales of iPhones but the number will decline soon afterward. The unit sale of iPhone 6 is also expected to surpass the sale of iPhone 6 Plus. That will happen mainly because of supply chain limitations.
