We are taking you back to 1994 when O.J. Simpson was trying to escape the police in his white Ford Bronco. The chase took place on the Los Angeles 405 freeway, and it was one of the events the US citizens are not going to forget. Even today, there is always something in the news about O.J. Simpson.
However, we are interested in his infamous Bronco which will be featured on the Las Vegas-based reality television show called Pawn Stars, according to USA TODAY Sports that got the confirmation from the A&E Network.
You will be able to see the Bronco on August 14 on the History Channel. Pawn Stars’ Rick Harrison, who is a co-owner of the World Famous Gold & Silver Pawn Show told the New York Post: “It’s in amazing shape. I drove it around, and it felt a little odd, but it runs great.”
The current owner of the infamous Ford Bronco is Mike Gilbert who was Simpson’s agent, reports The Post. During the chase, the vehicle was driven by Al Cowlings, and this happened only five days after Simpson’s wife Nicole Brown-Simpson and Rob Goldman were murdered. The trial followed in 1995, and O.J. Simpson was found not guilty.
However, Simpson still served nine years in prison because he was accused of an armed robbery. However, he will be out of a Nevada prison as he was granted parole last month and he will walk free sometime in October.
What is the right price for Simpson’s Ford Bronco? And who is going to drive a vehicle that has been used in a notorious chase followed by one of the dark moments in the history of the US? Stay tuned and together, we will find out.
