Dishonored is one of the most popular games on the market and it just got another sequel to it, and it is called Death of the Outsider. The fans all over are probably excited and are eagerly expecting the official release of this game which is, as we found out, coming in September. What initially drew so many gamers to this particular title is the fact that it is placed in a fantasy world, with supernatural elements, but firmly grounded with historical references. It’s a truly interesting mix for anyone.
According to some news, this next sequel will star Billie Lurk, Daud’s second-in-command from the original game’s DLC. According to VG247, we found out that Lurk’s target in this part is, apparently, the black-eyed boy himself. What we do not know for sure is if the adventure is set, chronologically. As you know, the player’s actions in Dishonored 2 had a drastic effect on the world state, but now it’s not clear how that blends with the world as we see it in this trailer.
What will interest the most is the fact that Dishonored: Death of the Outsider will be playable standalone, and the most satisfying thing we saw is at the end of the trailer which shows it as a boxed product releasing September 15th for PC, PS4 and Xbox One. There is also one more thing you’ll note, and it’s the fact that there’s no number “2” in the title which can only suggest that Death of the Outsider is an add-on for Dishonored 2. This can only mean one of two things, perhaps whatever happens in Dishonored Death of the Outsider could all be a dream, or maybe a parallel universe? What do you think? Comment below!
