The daughter of the best Serbian tennis player Novak Djokovic and his wife Jelena will be born by the end of August. Apparently, the baby is due to arrive sometime during the US Open.
Novak and Jelena have one son Stefan, who will turn three in October and he is growing up fast. As we have already had time to see, Stefan is not a baby anymore, and it is high time for him to get some company. Stefan will soon get a sister, and Novak and Jelena have already chosen the name for the baby girl. She will apparently take an old Serbian name. However, the couple is not willing to tell the name of the soon to arrive family member.
Novak Djokovic is now in Serbia, where he is preparing for Wimbledon, which starts on July 3.
“We came up with the name, but do not put me in a position to reveal it. I cannot say anything,” said Djokovic.
The couple was beyond happy upon finding out that they are going to get another baby.
“Jelena suspected at the beginning of the year that she is pregnant so she decided to visit a doctor who confirmed the happy news,” said one source.
“Jelena told the news to Novak by telephone, she did not wait to come home. Both of them literally screamed with joy because they always wished to have two children.”
Novak and Jelena have always been secretive when it comes to their private lives, so it comes as no surprise that they want to keep the name of the baby only for themselves. Even when it comes to their son Stefan, they have been posting photos of him on social media; however, his name was always hidden. But in time we have learned to accept that and respect their decision.
Their dreams are soon to become true, and we wish them all the love and happiness in the world.
