There is no doubt that Jinder Mahal looks like a true superhero. His physique is so great that many people started wondering whether or not he is using illegal substances in order to achieve the look that he has now. Whether this guy does use them or not, we can’t really say. But, if he is clean, he is doing a phenomenal job both in the gym and in the kitchen.
Jinder is an example of a guy that has always worked hard and was ready when his number was called. Even when he was losing all the matches as a jobber, he was looking great and kept working on himself. Now, when he got his shot, he seems ready to give his best effort in order to justify the opportunity that has been presented by the company. Recently this wrestler was asked about his physique and how did he manage to look as good as he does. Here is what Mahal had to say about his look, workouts and the way that he is dieting right now.
“The secret is consistency. I literally haven’t had a cheat meal in 3-4 months. I haven’t eaten anything I shouldn’t have. Even now, on the tour, I have my cooling bag wth me and I carry 5 meals with me so that I eat every two hours. I eat 30/40 grams of carbohydrates and 30/40 grams of protein with every meal.”
Mahal also went on to explain that he does cardio 6 days a week while also doing weight training six times in seven days as well. He also stated that he does a lot of Olympic lifts and multi-jointed movements, which are always going to burn more calories than isolation movements. Squats, push-ups, and other things like that were something that Jinder did, and he is seeing great results, according to him. If we take a look at his physique, we can also agree that he is doing a lot of things right.
