Over the past few weeks, Baywatch was very pleased with teasing with its r-ratings. Now when the movie is finally hitting the theaters, they have published a red band trailer, with a lot of flipping off, f-words, chopped up body parts, action and even more. However, if you are interested in seeing Zac Efron dreaming about kissing Alexandra Daddario and suddenly realizing in horror that he’s kissing the character of Dwayne Johnson, you are at the right place.
To be honest, there have been quite some trailer and footage published for Baywatch until now, since the studio and cast have been so relaxed about sharing it. Nonetheless, this new red band trailer presents a lot of new moments, like the stunning intro when Matt Brody (Zac Efron) believes he’s kissing with Alexandra Daddario until he realizes that he’s not and that in fact, Mitch Buchannon (The Rock) is kicking his a*s. In case that’s not enough to get you worked up, there’s also an f-word dropped by Daddario when she turned down Efron’s character, and Efron calling Dwayne Johnson’s private parts as “bullies.”
For some time now it has been known that Baywatch would have some trouble in the flick, so the organization hired Matt Brody, a professional swimmer, so as to make a new image. Sadly, the team leader Mitch Buchanon and Brody can’t stand each other but will be forced to work together, so that they can obstruct a drug trafficking operation. Rapid fire and dirty jokes are likely going to be dominant in this movie since earlier we heard some jokes being made about a sandcastle version of Buchannon’s package. Also, we’ve been promised a lot of “nudity.” Male actors included as well, in case that’s something that you like.
Soon enough, we’ll find out whether all of these jokes will make a whole movie hilarious since Baywatch is going to be in theaters on May 25. Another good thing is that Dwayne Johnson fans probably already know that he has a lot of projects coming up.
