Our bellowed wrestler/movie star Dwayne The Rock Johnson actually took some time off from his busy schedule to spend it with his family for Easter which is just great! All day at the gym, on the movie sets making killer record-breaking films, and God knows what other daily business most be exhausting for Dwayne and that is exactly why he appreciates any time away from his routine he can get in order to spend it with his family.
At Casa “Rock” Easter Bunny is apparently switched for a giant Pikachu costume (once again), and we see Dwayne enjoying his day off chasing his little daughter around the house. To make things even more interesting, his dog thought that it’s really fun and he apparently decided to join in on the game by chasing The Rock and chewing on his feet, in order to defend his little friend.
The caption of the video The Rock put up is epic, and we bring it to you in full: “The first time Jasmine’s favorite character, Pikachu came to visit her months ago she was only crawling. For Easter Sunday @laurenhashianofficial and I thought, Pikachu should make a special visit once again. Well, Pikachu didn’t account for the fact that now Jazzy RUNS and for 2hrs straight she wants to play her new favorite game, “I run away and you chase me Pikachu. And you’re not allowed to take a break until I go night night.”
At the end of the vid, you can hear her yell, “Peekyu” because she can’t say, Pikachu. “I’m tired, today’s my only day off, it’s 118 degrees in this costume and Hobbs keep trying to p*ss on my leg. And I luv every minute of it. Bring it on. It’s what daddy’s do. Happy Easter to you guys and enjoy your families. #Rockachu #DaddyPuttinInWork #TheGameThatNeverEnds #PikachuLooksBloated.” I have to admit I did not laugh this hard in a while.
As it seems Dwayne didn’t account for a few things like his daughter will be running now, that it’s freaking hot outside as well as inside and that she will like it so much that she didn’t want to stop playing until her bed time. Maybe The Rock will be more careful next time or maybe not because as he said “…I luv every minute of it. Bring it on. It’s what daddy’s do…” It’s not important how hard some things are as long as you do them for people you love! Keep it up Dwayne, you are the greatest. A word of advice if you allow me, maybe you should implement “chasing a small child around in a wool-fur-suit” into your cardio program because it seems to be working out great!
In the end, I have to ask because it’s eating me up, where in Gods green earth did Dwayne find that Pikachu costume in his size?! That is the thing that fascinates me the most! Happy Easter all!
