What its numerous fans have been wondering ever since it finished is when they will watch StartUp Season 2. The series was released on Crackle American in the autumn of last year and immediately attracted a large audience. Not only was the fanbase drawn by the plot of the series, but also by the fact that the main character in it was played by Martin Freeman. This famous actor is known for his roles as Bilbo Baggins in the movie The Hobbit, as well as the role in the TV series Doctor Watson Sherlock.
The drama series is created by Ben Ketai. The first season consists of 10 episodes and each lasts for about 42 minutes. Cast members are Martin Freeman, Edi Gathegi, Adam Brody, Jocelin Donahue, Otmara Marrero and Ashley Hinshaw.
The story is about three very different people that all have the same goal, to make money. Gang member wants to go legit, the talented hacker has the idea that can revolutionize the financial world and a desperate banker that wanted to stash his money. A lot of money has been invested in this endeavor that could turn to be a real deal bringing huge profit to all in this business but also it could be a total failure. To which side it will go, only time will tell.
Adam Brody portrays Nick Talman, who is an average guy who’s sick of his monotonous life and would like a change. Edi Gathegi plays the role of Ronald Dacey, who is a Haitian member of a gang and he is the one looking to change the future for him and his friends.
When it comes to the second season of the show, the great news is that we finally got a report about renewal for it. There still hasn’t been any official statement about when it will be released, but we’ll inform you as soon as we find out.
