At the moment, the Lay-duce studio has neither made any official announcement on the renewal of the show nor its cancellation so let’s hope they will renew it.

The anime series about Sinbad was released by the Lay-duce studio in the spring of 2016. It was entitled “Magi: Adventure of Sinbad, ” and it served as a prequel to “Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic.” The author of the script is famous Taku Kishimoto, author of “Haikyu!!” and “Silver Spoon,” while the director of the series is also very experienced since he refined his skills during his work on the innumerable anime series of the Inazuma Eleven franchise. The series was shown on Netflix and broadcast by four cable networks in Japan.
Sinbad was one of the most enthusiastic characters in the “Magi: The Labyrinth of Magic,” so it was logical that he would be a lead character. The story of the anime series revolves around his amazing adventures. It portrays Sinbad’s whole life since his birth. The series retells Seven Journeys of Sinbad. This comedy and adventure series depicts Sinbad here as a natural-born leader, as well as a scoundrel. What remained unknown to the audience is how Sinbad became the king and how he managed to set up the Alliance of the Seven Seas.
The graphics of the series is perfect, quite cheerful and comprises numerous jokes and wonderful adventures, as well as highly interesting characters. Moreover, it intrigues viewers and makes them wish for more. Therefore, we can say almost with certainty there will be a second season and although we don’t know when we will keep our fingers crossed for it to be announced as soon as possible.
