Tye Dillinger has been one of the most over superstars on the NXT roster. The crowd really loves his gimmick, and every time he goes down the rap, people are chanting “10”. The perfect 10 has a bright future in front of him, and there is no doubt that this guy will be on the main roster soon. The fans love him, and he is over not only in the NXT, but all WWE fans now know who Tye Dillinger is. He is a perfect 10, plain and simple.
In a recent interview, he was asked about the NXT brand and how does it fit in the WWE Universe. Like everybody. Dillinger thinks that even though it is considered to be a developmental brand, it has its own fans and its own life. NXT is pretty popular in the wrestling world, and many old school fans think that their Takeovers are much better produced than WWE pay per views.
When asked about the difference in style between NXT and WWE main roster, Dillinger noted that the small differences that do exist are what makes NXT so appealing. He has a point since there is a lot of diversity in the NXT and there are a lot of different styles of wrestling, various characters, and it’s always fun to see them develop. Tye Dillinger didn’t have an easy job to get this gimmick over, but he is pretty likable as a babyface, and the people just started cheering “10.”
He did meet The Rock just a couple of days back and was asked about did he have any thoughts about what he is going to do after his wrestling career is over like The Rock is doing now.
“Dwayne Johnson is a trailblazer and trendsetter. He’s one in a million. As far as long-term goals, I don’t see myself anywhere at the moment other than WWE. I still have a lot of time and a lot to give to this company. If the opportunity for a move presented itself, of course, I’d jump at it, but right now I’m just focused on NXT Takeover and WrestleMania.”
