T-Mobile US, Inc (NYSE:TMUS) and Univision Communications Inc announced today that they will launch a new wireless services designed specifically for Hispanic Americans.
The new service will use the programming content of Univision serving Hispanic Americans with T-Mible’s fast network and Un-carrier wireless innovation.
Univision Mobile which will start running on T-Mobile network, will be available nationwide beginning May19. T-Mobile said that Univision Mobile Users “are a click away from unique Univision content.”

This partnership further reinforces our commitment to serve our audience in every way possible and also clearly demonstrates how Univision is the gateway for any brand looking to connect with the influential and fast growing U.S. Hispanic community.”

The new service will give customers 100 minutes to call some Latin American countries and the “No Annual Contract” plans give Unlimited Nationwide Talk and Text plans for just $30 per month and Unlimited Nationwide Talk, Text, and Web plans starting at just $45 per month ($45 plan includes up to 2.5GB of high-speed data).
The report also cited that custimers can bring their own compatible devices by simply buying a SIM card or they can choose from a huge selection of devices. Users with capable smartphones can download the Univision Mobile application for access to additional content and rewards.
