Bray Wyatt and his family really weren’t going places before the Brand Split happened last July. They had a miserable role at the Wrestlemania 32 as they were sacrificed in order to give the fans a feel-good moment and the biggest show of the year with The Rock and John Cena together in the ring. It’s pretty funny how the things can change in just under a year. Wyatt family went from being irrelevant to being one of the best things on Smackdown Live.
The reason for that is Randy Orton. He still has a lot of name value, and he is a future Hall Of Famer. The Viper has done it all in the WWE ring and now has a status of a legend. Whether he is a heel or a face, you know that the fans will love to see him in action in every single arena. Now, it seems that this guy is determined to put over Bray Wyatt and everything is now in place for that to happen at Wrestlemania 33.
The storyline between Bray Wyatt, Randy Orton, and Luke Harper has been intriguing. With Wyatt winning the title at the Elimination Chamber, it should get even better as Randy Orton is also looking good as the winner of the Royal Rumble.
Luke Harper just had an amazing match with Randy Orton, and he performed like a real star. He moves well for a big guy, and his skills have been on display with Randy Orton in the mix with the Wyatt family. If there was no Orton, there is no way that the company would put Bray Wyatt in the title picture and for sure wouldn’t put the title on him. With Orton in the storyline, everybody is looking good.
The Apex Predator really deserves a lot of credit here. It seems that he wants to put these guys over as he realizes that he won’t be hurting his stock as he is already an established legend. Got to give it up for Randy. He is doing a great job with Wyatt and Harper, and this storyline will now be in fifth gear going into Wrestlemania 33.
