Celtics star point guard led the whole NBA in scoring in the month of January as he was posting 32,9 PPG. He was also tied for fifth in the East with 6.9 assists per game over the course of the month. His Celtics went 10-4 and are now second in the East, only behind the Cleveland Cavaliers. Thomas shot almost 50% from the field and 43% from the distance while he was hitting remarkable 94% of his shots from the free throw line. Amazing month for Isaiah who scored 20 or more points in each of his last 33 matches, the longest such streak in the NBA this year.
Stephen Curry ranked fourth in the West in scoring segment with 27.8 points per game while his teammate Kevin Durant was right behind him with 27.4 points a night. They led the Warriors to NBA-best 12-2 record in the month of January. Curry has been named to a starting spot in the All-Star game for the 4th consecutive season and showed why when he led the NBA with 62 threes in January while also posting some ridiculous shooting numbers in the process.
On the other hand, his partner in crime Kevin Durant, who made the All-Star game for the eighth year in a row, was second in the conference in blocks with 2.07 per game while he was also eight in field goal percentage with 56,4%. He also added 7.1 rebounds and 4.6 assists per duel.
