The new feature of WhatsApp has finally arrived. Namely, iPhone users will from now on be able to send their messages even when they are offline. It won’t be necessary to wait for the connection to return. When it comes to the messages, they will be remaining in queues, and they will be sent the moment the connection comes back.

For those who want to have this new feature of WhatsApp (2.17.1), it is only necessary to download and install it and to see whether they find it suitable.

Android devices have been enabled to support this new feature before iPhone. Another novelty with the new version is that the users will be able to mark as many as 30 photos or videos at once and send them. This is a big step forward if compared to the last version where one could send only ten photos at one take.

‘Storage usage’ screen is also added, and through it, you will be able to free the phone’s space as it will be deleting them. You can find it by going to Settings>Data and Storage Usage>Storage Usage, and finally tapping on Clear Chat.

WhatsApp has been working hard to improve, especially in the last few months. One of these upgrades has been enabled in December, allowing the users to withdraw the message before the recipient reads it.

In November, for instance, WhatsApp introduced video calling feature on iOS, Android, and the Windows Phone, completely protected which corresponds to their security standards.

According to @WABetaInfo Twitter post, WhatsApp is working on the ability to edit and revoke messages which will be another great addition to the app.
