Over the years, Tammy Sytch who is also known as Sunny in the WWE world has had issues with the law, as she spent a lot of time in the court room. According to PWInsider, Sunny was once again in the in front of the judge, and this time she pleaded guilty to six criminal charges, but luckily for her, she will avoid two large ones that would possibly put her in jail.
Sunny pleaded guilty to the following criminal charges: driving an unregistered vehicle, operating a vehicle without valid inspection, operating a vehicle without required financial responsibility, driving without a license, displaying plate card in an improper vehicle and driving without Evidence of an Emission Inspection.
Sunny managed to remove two charges from the case – receiving stolen property and fraudulent use or removal of registered license plates, which is quite a severe charge. Although she somehow got these two charges removed, it is still possible for the WWE Diva to end up behind bars.
When she was caught, Sunny was only 18 days on a five-year probation for three other violations she received. She was supposed to spend 97 days in jail, but the court considered the 95 days she spent going to the rehab and because of that, she spent only two days imprisoned.
Sunny broke a zero-tolerance probation on September 12 last year, when they took her to the hospital under the heavy influence. She was released from the hospital eight days later, but the police arrested her for her third violation of her probation. The court hearing that was supposed to be held in February was canceled due to her guilty plea. The judge will determine the punishment for breaking her probation, according to WrestleZone.
