The postseason started with twelve teams that were about to fight for two spots in the Super Bowl. Now, two weeks later, there are only four squads left and only one game is standing between them and a Super Bowl Berth. Four teams with four amazing quarterbacks. Arguably all of them are in the Top 8 quarterbacks in the whole league. Let’s rank them from worst to best.
4. Ben Roethlisberger, Pittsburgh Steelers – It was a tough call between him and Matt Ryan, but we are going to put Big Ben at four. He hasn’t been as good as he was in the past, even though he is still better than 90% of the signal callers in the NFL. He has had some problems staying on the field as injuries have caused him to miss a few rounds in the past couple of years. Still, Roethlisberger is one of NFL’s best.
3. Matt Ryan, Atlanta Falcons – Matty Ice has had an incredible season, and this Falcons offense has been on fire. Matt Ryan has thrown for 34 TDs and only 7 INTs, and he has led his team to the NFC Championship game for the second time in his career. We’ll see whether or not he is able to lead them to a Super Bowl appearance.
2. Aaron Rodgers, Green Bay Packers – Brady vs. Rodgers is always a good debate, but we are going to roll with Rodgers at number two. Packers’ quarterback has been so spectacular over the last couple of months that we are feeling guilty that we are not putting him at the top of the list. He will have a chance to prove us wrong in just a few days when he will be clashing with one his biggest rivals.
1. Tom Brady, New England Patriots – There is no better quarterback to have in the clutch than Tom Brady. He has proven that in multiple big games and on a lot of occasions. That is why we are going to put him over Aaron Rodgers, even though the gap is pretty small. Brady is still the best man at his position.
