As you probably know, Shazam is in the prep, and it is due to be released sometime in 2019, which basically means we still have tons of time on our hands until this masterpiece sees the light of day. But we can not hold a grudge because after all Warner Bros. Studios is giving their best to make The Flash and Aquaman happen ASAP, and that is why there will be a big wait time until they find somebody to write or direct this entry in the DC Extended Universe.
But until all of that happens one thing is for sure, and that is the fact that Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson will be taking a role of Black Adam. Fun fact is that Dwayne actually spent years researching and making interest about this villain and the news that it will going to happen was a surprise for both Dwayne and his fans, who by the way spent God knows how much time imaging how will he look in the role of Black Adam ever since Dwayne announced his interest in that character.
And for the topic at hand, the fan art we promised. If anyone out there tried to imagine how Dwayne might look in this role, stop it right now and focus on the image we prepared for you. The first thing you will notice is that this is very faithful to the comic book, and coincidentally it came just as we got a sneak peak at the piece of artwork that kinda gives the general idea how the conflict between Black Adam and Superman might end on the big screens.
The possibility is that we might not hear anything new about Shazam all through 2017, but since Dwayne is in on the whole thing, sit back and enjoy entertaining updates over his popular Instagram account which will probably heat up as soon as the production starts moving forward.
