Jacksonville made the move that everybody thought they are going to make. Somebody had to pay for their underachieving season. Head coach Gus Bradley was the first one to go as the team really didn’t meet the expectations. Nobody thought that they could be a legitimate threat to the best teams in the AFC, but they should have been much more competitive, especially considering the weak division that they are playing in.
Titans made a miraculous comeback in Kansas City as they responded in a big fashion after being down big in the first quarter of the game. The Jags were so close to beating the Texans and handing the top spot in the AFC South to the Titans, but they slipped up in the final moments of the match, made some stupid plays and cost their coach his job.
Titans offense hasn’t shown the ability to put the points on the board with consistency. They are lucky that they will be meeting with Jacksonville in Week 16 as they have one of the worst defenses in the league.
Speaking of defenses, the Titans one has carried Tennessee to their 8-6 record. They are the driving force of this squad. The results of their duels depend on whether or not this defense shows up.
We think they will show up in Jacksonville this Sunday. Jags are way too inconsistent, and this is a very important game. The sense of urgency is going to kick in for the Titans as they know that they need this win badly and will show up for this contest against a squad that is without its head coach. Titans should end up victorious in this match with final result showing 24:17.
