As most of the gamers already know Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End made a new Survival mode that was announced and shown a few weeks back. And boy let us tell you, the new Survival mode will drive you crazy and push you to your limits because it is conceived in way that you will have to live through 50 waves of opponents. Thankfully PlayStation Experience or PSX happened just recently when new details came up for the upcoming game mode, and apparently, it will be more than just sheer survival.
A tecent report states that one of the Naughty Dog‘s designers, Vinit Agarwal gave some additional info regarding the Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End Survival mode. That report states that if you want to beat the new game mode, you will have to fulfill additional five objectives besides the regular kill all enemies thing. The objectives in the game are Survival and this is where you will need to kill the required number of enemies to complete it, the second one is Siege where players should work together in order to be able to take down opponents from a specific location. The third objective is Treasure Race, and in it, you will have to gather the treasures placed around the map while dealing with the pirates. The fourth one is Marked Man which as its name says makes you eliminate one specific enemy. The fifth and final objective are the Boss Waves which is probably the most difficult one, and it will make you deal with pirate ghosts, and it will require a great amount of teamwork to get it completed.
On top of all that the Survival mode will consist of 50 waves that are separated into ten stages. This only means that once again players will have to set aside a huge amount of their time for Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End because you will need a lot of it before you beat the Survival mode. According to some calculations, each stage will require approximately 15-20 minutes, and if you are not able to play online, an AI player will be there right beside you for support.
Now comes the part with the bad news, which is always there when you have this many good ones. Unfortunately Uncharted 4: A Thief’s End does not have an exact release date yet, but there are some indications it might get launched within the week with new info that was available during their live-stream event yesterday.
