Marvel and Netflix’s satisfaction regarding the outcome of the TV series Luke Cage are immense. A new teaser video which was made public announced Luke Cage Season 2. Coming directly from Marvel Studios, the new season is said to be arriving quickly.
The teaser reveals one already familiar place from the series with an extra touch to it – a not so little sign in the bottom of Pop’s Barber Shop’ window which says: “Season 2 coming soon”. However, it has not been confirmed whether or not it will be aired on Netflix.
Actually, the new season is in its production process, and it will have to wait for its turn to be released, which means not before the Iron Fist debut. However, for the very first time, Marvel will be having three shows launch in one year as the first season of the Daredevil spin-off The Punisher will also take its place in 2017.
Luke Cage Season 2 Release Date
It seems that similar situation could be in 2018 since we could see the next installments of the series mentioned above. For instance, the second season of Jessica Jones could be scheduled for that year, as well as the third season of Daredevil.
When it comes to the Season 2, well, many things have been left open so there is much that we could expect.
