Big game with big Playoff implications. It doesn’t get much better than that on Sunday Night Football. Both of these teams are still battling with the Raiders for the divisional title. Chiefs have slipped up last round against the Buccaneers, but that was an aberration. They are having a great season and will be a legit threat to the Broncos in this game.
Broncos have been impressive to start the season, but they have fallen off and we know who they are and who they are not. They are a team that is going to win games by making plays on the defensive side of the ball while hoping that Siemian and his offense can make something happen. If they score 23-27 points, they know that they have a great shot at winning duels.
KC is a good football squad, just like in the past years, but they are not elite. They have their weaknesses. Yes, they are able to beat anyone if all the pieces of the puzzle fit nicely, but they can also lose to a lot of teams. Clearly, that loss last week to Tampa Bay Buccaneers is not the rule but the exception. Still, we haven’t seen them win matches of this magnitude, and that is why it’s tough for us to pick them in this one.
We are going to roll with the Denver Broncos to get the job done this time. Chiefs are coming to visit a Mile-High City and Denver is usually good at home. It’s going to be a close game until Bronco’s defense makes some big plays that are going to win this duel for them. The final score will be somewhere around 27:19 in favor of the home team.
