Steelers stopped the bleeding on Sunday against the Browns as they handled them in Cleveland to end the losing streak. Now, they will be facing the Indianapolis Colts, a team that needs this win just as badly as the Steelers do in order to keep up with their divisional rivals.
It was a good week for the Steelers as both the Ravens and Bengals lost. Even though they are not playing their best football at the moment, they are still favored to win the division. Ravens are way too inconsistent while the Bengals just lost their key player on offense.
Colts, on the other hand, are in a great position after Texans lost in Oakland. The company from Indianapolis seems like a better team even with all of their problems, especially on the defensive side of the ball. Their offense had come to life in the past couple of rounds. It’s pretty clear how they are winning their duels and how will they win games going forward. It’s with their offense. Andrew Luck needs to be at his best this week in order for Colts to get past the Steelers.
Big Ben hasn’t been able to connect with his receivers as much as he would like in the past couple of matches. He has had some problems with the injury, but he looks ready for Thursday and this Thanksgiving showdown with Andrew Luck.
Luck’s weapons are fully available to him, and they are making plays now. There is no doubt that this is the best crew in the AFC South, but they need to keep winning games. We think they are going to beat the Steelers this Thursday in a very tight and high-scoring game. Andrew Luck and his Colts should end up victorious 35:32 in a very close finish. Steelers will come near them but will fail to steal this one from Indy.
