There are a lot of interesting matchups in Week 8. In most of these duels, we have teams that are not favored by much. Let’s see which underdogs are poised to upset their favored opponents in Week 8 of this NFL season.
3. CLEVELAND BROWNS over New York Jets – This winless Browns team might win its first game of the season against the Jets. New York is inconsistent, and that might play a big part in Cleveland upsetting them and achieving their first victory in eight game of the season. Fitz did have a good outing last round, but he is yet to have two good performances in a row.
2. DETROIT LIONS over Houston Texans – You never know what to expect from this Texans team. Houston is lucky that they are playing in the weak division, so they don’t have to win every single week since their rivals are losing a lot as well. Detroit is on a roll, and Matthew Stafford can easily go to Houston and lead his team to victory yet again. Both teams are standing at 4:3, so it is a good question who will go to 5:3 after this match.
1. INDIANAPOLIS COLTS over Kansas City Chiefs – This is the most likely upset of the week. Everybody is high on the Chiefs right now, but Andrew Luck is playing better football in each game. Even though he has to do most of the work for this squad to win, he is capable of doing that. In an important game like this, Luck will step up and give his team a great chance to succeed on Sunday. Victory in this one would keep postseason dreams alive for Colts and Andrew Luck so they need to get the job done here.
