Steelers are back to looking like Super Bowl contenders with a couple of wins after that loss to Eagles. Their offense is probably the best in the NFL as they have so many guys that are capable of making big plays and changing the game in Pittsburgh’s favor. Can Miami finally step up and slow down Big Ben and his offense?
Ben Roethlisberger is enjoying his time on the field right now. He has so many weapons at his disposal, and he is making the most of the situation getting fantastic figures in every round. One week it’s Antonio Brown, the next week is Sammie Coates, then it’s Le’Veon Bell. And the list goes on and on.
They have so many offensive options that opposing defenses have a choice of picking their poison. Nobody can stop this squad when they are on the run. Some will be able to slow it down, but you know Pittsburgh will always put up some points on the board.
On the other hand, this Miami team is looking like one of the worst in the league. Ryan Tannehill likely won’t be the quarterback for Dolphins next season. If he is, they should expect a similar season to this one. This offense is completely opposite from the Steelers one.
Miami’s defense has shown some signs of life in the first couple of weeks, but it turned out that they are just average at best. And this is below average team when we look at them as a whole. They won’t be able to do a lot of good things with 29th ranked offense and 28th ranked defense.
This is an easy pick to make. Big Ben and Antonio Brown will have a huge day, Le’Veon Bell will carry the ball a lot in the second half as Pittsburgh will protect their lead and they will beat Miami. The final score in this game will be 35:20 in favor of the visitors from Pensilvanya.
