Well, he is finally free and ready to play. Patriots’ quarterback Tom Brady is back and will be playing against Browns in Cleveland. There is no more talk about Brissett and Garoppolo. The man is in the building and ready to start off his revenge tour. First stop is Cleveland and winless Browns.
Cleveland hasn’t been as bad as their record shows. They have some great talent on the offensive side of the ball and a coach that can properly direct them. It’s a shame that they were bitten by the injury bug and they are down to their 3rd string quarterback. In the long run, that might be a good thing. This man can play, and he showed it on Sunday in Washington. Still, this is the year in which he will learn how to play on an NFL level.
On the other side, Brady is finally back, and this offense is his to work with now. Expect Julian Edelman to be a beast going forward and expect him to get a lot of targets. Gronkowski will eventually get to 100 percent, and then it will be lights out for this squad. LaGerrette Blount won’t be as productive as he was to start the season simply because Pats will throw the ball a whole lot more now with Brady.
Anything but a Patriot win here will be a huge surprise. They are just a much better team, and now with their best player back, with their leader, it should be a good game and a good day to be a Patriots fan. We are picking New England to win this game 31:16.
