Atlanta Falcons are in a tough position as they will be going up against Oakland. They have lost their season opener and need this win if they to stay relevant and competitive in the division. On the other hand, the Raiders completed a comeback last week in Big Easy, and now, they have all the momentum on their side.
We know that Falcons can be good on the offensive side of the ball, but on defense, there are some question marks. Amari Cooper is getting better each and every week and should be a nightmare for Falcons’ cornerbacks. Last week he had 137 receiving yards, and he might duplicate that performance against Atlanta.
Michael Crabtree has revitalized his career in Oakland. Along with Cooper, he should have a field day. Everyone should have it while going up against Atlanta’s D. Latavious Murray is there too, he will get some touches, he will get into the end zone as well.
Atlanta will try to outgun the Raiders, and they have some weapons to do it. Even though Raiders’ defense is not great, it should bend but not break. But, you can also say that Matt Ryan is just not as good as Derek Carr.
Both QBs have something to prove tonight. Can Matt Ryan get enough help from his defense and running backs to upset Raiders in Oakland? Or will Raiders’ potent offense be too much to handle for Falcons? We say it’s going to be a high-scoring game, but Raiders will prevail with a 34:27 victory.
