Royal Rumble season is upon us. The build for the show is starting to get better, and the story going into the Royal Rumble is developing. Now, we are going to have people announcing that they are going to enter the match on January 28th. Hopefully, WWE can tell a good story there and not just to have people announcing that they are going to enroll for the Royal Rumble.
The biggest stars are going to do that, and we don’t mind it. But, when it comes to mid-carders and other people lower on the ladder, WWE should book matches that are going to determine who can enter the Rumble. They need to get creative with that.
As far as the major stars are concerned, we have two huge names that have entered the match. First of all, we know that John Cena is going to be in the Royal Rumble. On his Twitter account, he stated that it is time for him to put his name in the 30-men battle. This is going to be the first time that Cena will be in the match since 2013. Oh, by the way, he won that Rumble and faced The Rock at Wrestlemania.
The second big name that we are going to see in the Rumble is going to be Finn Balor. WWE didn’t really do much with him in 2017, and we hope that he can have a good rebound year. Balor missed last year’s event, and this is going to be his first time battling in the Rumble.
Cena is always a dark horse to win a match like this. His 17th title reign is going to come, but we don’t know whether or not it’s going to happen now. As far as Balor is concerned, he is likely going to have a decent outing, but will probably fall short.
