Dallas Cowboys Continue To Struggle With Injured Players

Dallas Cowboys are playing against the Los Angeles Rams, but their list of injured players has once again extended. We have some bad news for the fans of the America’s team – Pro Bowl linebacker Sean Lee has missed practice because of a hamstring problem whereas Anthony Hitchens is still recovering from a knee injury.

Having said that, Dallas might play against the Rams with just four linebackers, which could be a problem for the squad. Besides Lee and Hitchens, there are Justin Durant, Kyle Wilber, Jaylon Smith and Damien Wilson, but is that going to be enough to stop the Rams? Luckily, Dallas could set fullback Keith Smith to play as the linebacker since he has some experience in that position.

However, two new players got injured, and they were mentioned in the Cowboys injury report on Thursday. These players are CB Jourdan Lewis and safety Kavon Frazier, and they both hurt their knees. There is a possibility that we will see Lewis on the field because he is feeling good and he might be cleared to play.

The two players were limited in practice on Thursday, but they were not the only ones. Also, defensive back and rookie Chidobe Awuzie and cornerback Nolan Carroll suffering from a hamstring injury and concussion respectively were also limited. Furthermore, defensive tackle Stephen Paea skipped the entire week due to a knee injury.

The Rams are not fully healthy either as wide receivers Tavon Austin, and Sammy Watkins are struggling with concussions. Dallas is already plagued with injuries, and it would mean a lot if at least one of those two players would be available for the match on Sunday. That might be a game changer. Both teams have two triumphs and one loss so far. The game starts at 12:00 p.m. at AT&T Stadium this Sunday in Arlington, Texas.
