Women’s division on Monday Night Raw brand has been a strange one over the past couple of months. We do know that Alexa Bliss was a good champion during her first run with the Raw Women’s Title, we do know that Nia Jax has been building her character and improving in the ring. There is Emma, somebody that is dying to get a new opportunity and she deserves one for sure. But, we also know that Sasha Banks is the best wrestler on Monday Night Raw, no ifs, ands, or buts about it.
These four women have been mixed up over the past couple of months with almost no true direction or long-term plan. WWE has done all kinds of different matches with these four, especially Nia Jax, Sasha Banks and Alexa Bliss. Now, with Emma in the mix, it is just a little bit different. After doing all of these matches that these three women had, there was no other option for the WWE but to them all together in a championship battle.
On Monday Night Raw, we have seen the return of the woman that has also been Raw Women’s champion, and that was supposed to be the one to challenge Alexa Bliss at the Summerslam pay per view. The red brand could use Bayley in order to spice things up for this division. We don’t know whether or not the WWE made a good decision by putting Bayley in a title duel at the No Mercy pay per view, but she is going to bring some additional intrigue to the match on Sunday.
