Women’s wrestling in the WWE is now better than it has ever been. Back in the day, you needed to have only good looks if you were a woman that was trying to get into the world of wrestling. Now, the skill in the ring is the most important thing that they need to have in order to make it. Because of that, this division has skyrocketed over the past couple of years.
One of the girls that have helped this to be achieved is Sasha Banks, somebody that is considered to be one of the best, if not the top women in the company. She has been amazing down in the NXT, and she has put on some great matches since she made the main roster a little bit more than two years ago.
Recently, she has talked about a lot of topics, including which brand does she prefer, NXT or Monday Night Raw. Well, it is a bit surprising, but she did pick NXT over Raw based on the fact that back in the day when she was down in the yellow brand, she was able to travel and hang out with all of her closest friends. She fancies that environment and that atmosphere more than she likes the way the Monday Night Raw works.
One of the more interesting questions that she got to answer was who would she choose between two of the greatest superstars of all time, Stone Cold Steve or Dwyane “The Rock” Johnson, this is what she said.
“I love both, but I’m gonna have to choose Stone Cold Steve Austin, just because he slid into my DMs one time (laughs). And when he did he was just saying how good a match was and I just remember freaking out.”
