After eight games, Ezekiel Elliott’s six-game suspension is finally enforced. The suspension talk marked the first part of the season for the Cowboys as Zeke and his team of lawyers tried to win the case in court. He was under constant pressure, and now, that has ended, as the suspension forbids star RB to step inside the Cowboys facilities.
The suspension starts immediately, since the 2nd US Circuit Court of Appeals denied the running back’s motion for an injunction, but watch out for Elliot’s return in December when the Cowboys are facing the Seattle Seahawks. He will be replaced by Alfred Morris in the backfield, but Darren McFadden and Rod Smith will also get a chance.
