3Valentine’s Day Smoothies
Ingredients:
• BOTTOM LAYER:
• 1 cup (100 grams) frozen fruit mix (mine contained red currants, black currants, blackberries, blueberries, and raspberries)
• 1 ripe banana, sliced
• ½ cup (120 ml) plain white yogurt
• 3 tbsp raw rolled oats (optional; if used, let them soak in ½ cup plain white yogurt mentioned above for at least 3 hours)
• 4 dates (or other sweeteners)
• ⅓ cup (80 ml) milk
• TOP LAYER:
• 1 cup (100 grams) frozen strawberries
• 1 ripe banana, sliced
• ½ cup (120 ml) plain white yogurt
• 2 tsp chia seeds (optional; if used, let them soak in ½ cup plain white yogurt mentioned above for at least 3 hours)
• 4 dates (or other sweeteners)
• ⅓ cup (80 ml) milk
• 4 fresh strawberries and more fruit and candy for garnish
Preparation
1. Slice 4 strawberries and place them along the inside wall of glasses so that they adhere.
2. For the bottom layer, use in ingredients above and blend them for about 1 minute then pour them into two glasses halfway.
3. The same for the top layer.
4. Garnish according to your own liking.
