Dwayne Johnson was a sought-after prospect after leaving high school. At the age of 18, he received a full football scholarship from the University of Miami. People’s Champ even made it to the field in his freshman year. In his generation, he was the only player to do so.
But not everything went according to plan in Miami where Johnson tried steroids for the first time: “I tried them when I was 18, me and my football buddies. Nothing happened.”
His time at Miami University ended with a Bachelor of General Studies in Criminology and Physiology degree. He also had quite a few performances on the gridiron.
