Adding Rodgers as a backup is an intriguing option. Last year he had fewer snaps because Martellus Bennett joined Packers. Richard caught only 12 balls for 160 yards, averaging 13.3 yards per catch. But, he’s a valuable red zone target and is also a contributor on special teams. His best season was in 2015 when Rodgers had 58 catches for 510 yards and eight touchdowns.
