4Charles Tapper, Defensive End

Former Oklahoma DE was drafted in the fourth round of 2016 NFL Draft. Interestingly he was picked before Dak Prescott. But unlike his teammate, Tapper failed to make an impact in Dallas. His two seasons in NFL were tampered by injuries, but this man showed promise in OTA’s and preseason games last year. His first step could be a difference maker on the defense if he remains healthy in 2018.
