Avoid eating bacon regularly. While “bacon and eggs” is a traditional breakfast, it doesn’t mean that it is safe. Besides bloat and fat gain, bacon can cause postprandial lipemia which is “a temporary condition where your blood is thickened from the fat, cholesterol, and free radicals floating around your arteries.” It is fine to take bacon from time to time, but eating it regularly will make you obese.
