Jason Witten is the Cowboy! He is the future Hall of Famer, and he left his heart and soul for the team from Texas. However, this man is also 35, and he cannot play as he did before. Witten is still a solid player, but Dallas needs to move on, or assign a different role to Witten – he could be a mentor to the young guy Cowboys draft, for instance. Whoever releases Witten, or put him on the bench will not be popular among the fans, but it has to be done, so better sooner than later.
