Byron Jones joined the Cowboys in 2015 coming from Connecticut. Even though he is athletic and versatile, he lost some of the snaps to rookie Xavier Woods. Jones has not lived up to the expectations, but he is not playing poorly either. Perhaps the coaches should put him at a cornerback and see how that experiment goes. If there is a perfect time for moves like this, it is this season.
