BMW needs something to compliment the i3 and i8 models, and the solution is the introduction of the i5. The new car is expected to be larger than the i3 and to offer 200 miles of range. According to Henrik Wenders, Head of Product for the i division, the new BMW i5 will be “the first car in the household.”
