Both the audiences and the critics were disappointed with the spinoff movie called Baywatch. Even though The Rock had good intentions of returning the glimpses of a popular TV show to the screen, he didn’t succeed. While the series got filmed in Malibu, California, the cast and crew of Baywatch opted for South Florida and Deerfield Beach.
