Not only did they film Baywatch in Florida, but they also went to Tybee Island beach in Georgia. They spent around two weeks here and added some local landmarks to the movie such as Walter Parker Pier and Pavilion. Located just 18 miles from Savannah, this beach is among the most beautiful in the entire US.
